The service

Kinseb Edits edits footage you supply into finished short-form video - TikToks, Reels, Shorts and ads. We do not film or supply footage; every video starts from material you provide.

Packages and payment

Videos are bought singly or in packs: 1 video for $19, 3 videos for $55, 5 videos for $89, 10 videos for $169, in US dollars, plus any add-ons you select. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe before editing begins.

New customers get their first video free: one per person, with no payment taken. It is for people who have not ordered from us before, and we may decline a second free video for the same person or email address.

A pack is a bundle of video credits. Each credit covers one edited video with its own brief, and credits do not expire.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are Starter at $69 for 4 videos a month, Creator at $129 for 8 videos a month, Creator Pro at $219 for 15 videos a month, Unlimited at $349 for up to 30 videos a month, billed monthly through Stripe.

• Your video allowance resets on each billing date. Unused videos do not roll over.
• Cancel anytime from the manage link in your emails. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month already paid for stays yours to use.
• If the plan prices change, your plan keeps its price until you change or cancel it.

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. If prices on this site change, orders already paid for are unaffected.

What you provide

Your raw footage and a completed brief, for each video. Turnaround begins when both have been received, not when payment clears - a video paid for without a brief is not yet in the queue.

Turnaround

Standard delivery is within 48 hours and rush delivery within 24 hours, per video, from receipt of that video's footage and complete brief. Hours are counted over business days.

These are working estimates, not guarantees. Rush delivery depends on capacity at the time of ordering. If we cannot meet a rush window for reasons on our side, we refund the rush fee.

Revisions

Every video includes at least one revision round. How many depends on the pack or plan, as shown on its pricing card when you buy - from one round on a single video to unlimited on the Unlimited plan. Further rounds can be bought as an add-on. Revisions are returned within one business day.

A revision round covers adjustments to pacing, captions, graphics, music and messaging you have already supplied. A change of concept or a different set of footage is a new video, and uses a video credit.

Your responsibilities

By sending us footage you confirm that:

• You own it or hold the rights to have it edited and published.
• Everyone appearing in it has agreed to that use.
• Any music, fonts, logos or stock material you supply is licensed for the use you intend.
• The content is lawful and not misleading.

We rely on those confirmations and cannot verify them ourselves. Claims arising from footage you did not have the right to use remain your responsibility.

Ownership of the finished edit

Your footage remains yours throughout. Once your order is paid in full, the delivered edit is yours to use however you like, with no ongoing licence fee or usage limit from us.

Footage uploaded to us is held only to do the work, in private storage, and deleted 90 days after upload. Keep your own copy - we are not a backup service and cannot recover anything after that window.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us at any time - before or after delivery - and we will not, with no effect on your order.

Work we may decline

We may decline or stop a project that is unlawful, that we believe infringes someone's rights, or that we are not equipped to deliver well. If we decline before starting, you are refunded in full.

Limits

We are responsible for delivering the edit you ordered. We are not responsible for how it performs - reach, engagement, conversions or sales - as those depend on your product, audience and media buying.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinseb Marketing is registered, and disputes are subject to its courts.
