Who we are

Kinseb Edits is the video editing service of Kinseb Marketing. For anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data, email info@kinsebmarketing.com.

What we collect

Only what is needed to take payment and edit your video.

• When you pay: your name, email address and billing details are collected by Stripe on their own checkout page. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
• When you submit a creative brief: your name, email, channel or brand name and where you post; your footage, assets and reference videos - whether uploaded to us or linked from your own storage; and your platforms, goals, edit style and editing notes.
• If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, and the fact that you agreed to receive it.
• Anything you send us by email afterwards.

Footage reaches us one of two ways, and you choose which. Link to your own storage - Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer - and we never hold a copy; access stays under your control and you can revoke it whenever you like.

Or upload it here, in which case it is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket that is not publicly listable or browsable. Only the editing team can reach it, through links that expire, and it is deleted automatically 90 days after upload.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels.

Three things are saved by your own browser, and never sent anywhere except back to this site:

• A draft of your creative brief, so closing the tab part-way through does not lose your answers.
• A reference to an order whose brief has not yet been submitted, so the site can remind you to finish it.
• Any clips you add before checkout. These stay on your device and only reach us once your order is confirmed and the brief is sent.

All three are cleared once the brief is submitted, and clearing your browser data removes them at any time.

Who else processes your data

We keep no customer database of our own. Your information lives with the services that do the work, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe - payment processing and the record of your order.
• Asana - your brief becomes a task for the editing team.
• Resend - sends your receipt and transactional email, and holds the newsletter list.
• Cloudflare R2 - stores footage you upload to us, for 90 days.
• Vercel - hosts this website.

How long we keep it

Payment records are retained by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Briefs stay in Asana while your project is active and in our records afterwards, so we can pick up repeat work and answer questions about what was delivered.

Uploaded footage is deleted automatically 90 days after upload. Ask us to remove it sooner and we will, along with your brief, subject to those record-keeping duties.

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe, which every newsletter we send links to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kinsebmarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
